Our goal for outstanding care begins with providing state-of-the-art diagnostic procedures and treatments for diseases & syndromes of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract including; the esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, gall bladder, bile ducts, pancreas and liver.
We believe that patient care should not only be about excellent medial care but must always be personal, compassionate, respectful, and understanding with our full attention on you.
With Valley Gastroenterology Associates, you’re in the best of hands. All nine of VGA's physicians are board certified in gastroenterology and are members of some of the most prestigious organizations in their field, including the American College of Gastroenterology and The American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Because of the large numbers of patients we see each year-- over 30,000, our doctors have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating digestive illnesses.
In addition to patient visits, each physician performs over 800 procedures annually placing them with the region’s most practiced physicians.
The professional practice is affiliated with Four Seasons Endoscopy Center a state licensed and AAAHC accredited free standing endoscopy center located adjacent to the principle office location in Chippewa Township, PA. Four Seasons Endoscopy Center is also recognized by the ASGE, the only national program recognizing quality and safety in the practice of GI endoscopy.
Many of the GI procedures are performed at Four Seasons including “Open Access Screening Colonoscopy". Procedures are also performed at Heritage Valley Health Systems in Beaver PA and Jameson Hospital, New Castle, PA.
For the convenience of our patients VGA has two office locations. The principle office is located in Chippewa Township. For our patients in the Lawrence County, we have a satellite office in New Castle.
