About Dominic G. Ventura, D.O.
Dr. Ventura is from Centerville, Pennsylvania in Washington County and joined Valley Gastroenterology Associates in 2010. Dr. Ventura earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and served as Chief Medical Resident at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, then completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital and Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Ventura’s special interests are in therapeutic endoscopy and colon cancer prevention. Dr. Ventura is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association, Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology, American Osteopathic Association, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Beaver County Medical Society.
Dr. Ventura enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His personal interests include gourmet cooking, golf, travel, and Pittsburgh sporting events.
